Me and my daughter came here not knowing you still needed an appointment. When we walked in the guy asked what we needed and I told him and he said no you need appointment. And was quick to move to the other people behind us and asked them you have appointment one girl said no and he told them come on you have appointment. My thing is if I didn’t have an appointment they could have at least asked if I wanted to make an appointment. A couple of months ago me and my daughter walked in and they said we needed an appointment and offered to make one for us on the spot and was seen it the next hour. They are very expensive and don’t get your eyebrows done here they don’t know what they’re doing. The nail shop by Sally’s is so much better. Been going there for years will just stick with them.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Waste of time. Super expensive for low quality work. Came her with my girlfriend and we both left unhappy. The lady who did my girlfriend’s nails tacked on various extra fees for gel polish on regular nails. They made several disrespectful comments toward my girlfriend including “your nails are ugly” and “you need to get feet done every week”. Also, we did not feel comfortable. Various times I’d answer the lady’s questions and she would speak in her language to someone else in the shop and they laugh. Overall, I had a HORRIBLE experience and $150+ for mediocre work is terrible!
