Be careful, I was last Saturday October 29 and my family and I got intoxicated. the three of us ate different things but all three of us did very badly. all night with diarrhea totally intoxicated I think the food is bad. I do not recommend it very bad

Wife and I on our anniversary lunch while in Miami. Waitress seemed to be bothered we were there. No refills on drinks, never checked on us. Food is only thing that saved this trip! No stars for service, we even used our Fridays points and didn't leave a good tip. Knowing Fridays won't do a thing about the service.

The service was good. The server kept the rating from sinking. Since it was Friday and we were in the neighborhood. I thought it was appropriate to drop in for lunch. These box restaurants are hit and miss. I got the burger with the potato skin can't remember the menu name. The food was okay. I wasn't expecting much anyways. The drinks were made good. Didn't even need seconds.

Every time I visit TGI Friday my family received exceptional service from Ms. Kedra. Ms. Kedra is absolutely the definition of customer service, she is by far the best waitress I’ve ever encountered with in my life; she is truly beyond exceptional, she is professional, beyond excellent service skills she provides nothing but the best service to her customers and Ms. Kedra is absolutely our heroes she loves what you do and it shows every time I walk into TGI Friday. She absolutely a great asset to TGI Friday Company, thank you for having amazing waitress like Kedra; it start from management. I love TGI Friday for the service our family received Ms. Kedra! Please ask for the Kendra when visit this location and Ms. Kedra Rock!

they are complying with Covid safety but i dont like that we are not allowed to take our food and drinks to go a lot of ppl is still not comfortable sitting out to eat or being in public spaces that's just my opinion
