The dealer had my car nearly one month and sent my car back with the same issues and no new results other than what a simple diagnosis code tester would provide. I could’ve got that done at Autozone…waste of my time and money, the staff was nice, but the mechanics are TERRIBLE…I ended up changing my motor, it was a damaged timing chain….Thanks for NOTHING (2008 Mustang)

I will admit initially I was unhappy with my service but my technician Trent was very kind and informative and once I established that I had an issue his upline immediately jumped into action. I spoke with Service Manager Steve and General Manager Ray who presented me with a few options to help rectify the situation and overall I am much more satisfied with the quality of service. People make mistakes and the folks at Lamarque Ford are quick to correct their's.

I'm 46 so I've been driving for 30 years. Today was my best experience ever at a service center! I arrived at 7:00 as soon as they opened. Within a minute Erroll greated me and got me checked in right away. The waiting room is immaculate, they had fresh donuts and coffee for guests. I was impressed too with the cell phone charging station in the lobby. The techs immediately stated working on my car and it was ready in an hour with a complementary car wash!! My experience here at Kenner was a night & day improvement from the Ford service I received previously in Metairie. I'm not sure what's going on in Metairie but you can't even book an appt with them right now. My last service visit there took 9 months to get parts in, then a full 2 weeks for repair. Lamarque Ford in Kenner exceeded my expectations and my service advisor Erroll was a true professional. I can tell they really care and take a lot of pride in their work. I will 100% be coming back to this service center for all future repairs. Thank You!!

You know Leo, if it's a Dodge product, take it to a Dodge dealer. Don't understand why people take vehicles to the brand that isn't their vehicles.

I bought my last two vehicles from another dealer but I always bring my vehicle to Lamarque, their service dept. Is great.
Nope I have receipts and it was warranty. My A.C. was not blowing but on occasion it was the Evaporator Core and misc. Parts associated with it. Lamarque stated that if it works on occasion that it was not completely broken, bring it back when it doesn't work at all.
Mask are mandatory and they practice social distance in the service area.
Never bought or sold a car here but I do use their quick lane service center and they are fantastic.
An impala is a Chevy.... They might not have that part and might want to take it to a Chevy dealer.
