The best decision my wife and I made was to contact Kirkpatrick and Associates. Bankruptcy is a hard and humbling decision to make, and Mr. Kirkpatrick helped us tremendously with our decision. After contracting with his firm his associates have made us feel as family. Thanks to allat Kirkpatrick and Associates, for such a great experience in a troubling time for us.

Yes, we can set up a payment plan but were not allowed to file your Chapter 7 petition and stop the garnishment until the fees and cost have been paid in full. Sometimes a client is better off filing a low percentage payback chapter 13 which usually only takes a couple of hundred dollars to get filed. At that point, the garnishment is stopped while you're making your monthly chapter 13 plan payment.
Really impossible to give a range without having conducted a consultation. No way to know how simple or complex a case might be until the consultation has been completed.
Every case is unique. I would encourage you to schedule a free consultation with one of our lawyers to determine whether bankruptcy is right for you.
Like When the court bring a creditor the order to surrender or take all your property in order to satisfy your debt. Make an appointment with Kirkpatrick & Associates, you never get wrong with him, trust me.
Yes. With the exception of ongoing child support, most garnishments can be stopped by either filing a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy.
If you are unable to bring your vehicle current, we would look at a chapter 13 filing for you.
