Dr.Lacour is wonderful, as well as his nurses. I would give them a 5 star but the billing department is not very efficient. I had cataract surgery, that went FANTASTIC, but I opted to use the ORA offered for better results. Right off, they overbilled me. One of the receptionist called them when I came back to the office with the statements in hand. She was told, and relayed to me, that it was taken care of. When I went to leave after my 2nd surgery, they still tried to overbill me- since they went up to $500.00 per eye (only after my surgery was scheduled). I paid what I thought I owed.Then I was later called to say that I had not paid for the second eye, which I never got a statement for. So, I called the actual company to pay my balance. To make sure there would be no more mistakes, I asked her to email me my receipt. That was a week ago. I have called back several times, leaving my call back number, and still have not gotten any return calls. This isn't the way to do business. :(

Very busy & very efficient doc office.lots of staff .many high tech testing instruments. Patient progresses thru testing at good rate. DrCerise was terrific. I am delighted to be his patient. The entire staff was friendly& professional.So glad I chose this clinic. ⚜️

No covid precautions whatsoever and mocked me for expressing concern. I'm constantly disgusted how immunocompromised people can no longer receive medical care. Edit; The business has responded but the technician and doctors were NOT wearing masks and I was told it was NOT required and if I was wearing my mask it didn't matter that they were not wearing theirs. Do not believe their response. The only option I was given when I expressed concerns was to reschedule my appointment. No accommodations offered. What does it matter if you are wiping surfaces since covid is airborne? Why would I reschedule if you have mocked my concerns?

PLEASE go somewhere else, poor patient care. I’m Dr Vincent patient for two years the first time they were somehow ok but the next year I felt rushed, billed even though it was my yearly exam that’s usually covered by my insurance wrong eyeglass prescription it was too strong I have migraine wearing them called the office the operator stated that she will send the office a message and someone will reach out it has been 2 weeks.Never heard from anyone. So now I have to go somewhere else get assessed and pay for another visit Very disappointed at the way they treated me.

Good morning! We do indeed take Peoples Health for all medical visits, cataracts, glaucoma, dry eyes, allergies, eye injuries etc. We do not participate in their routine vision plan so, if you just need to update your glasses and don't have any medical concerns, they would be able to provide you with a list of the doctors on that plan. Alice
