If I could give this place zero stars I would have. Please do not send anyone you care about here. The whole dynamic was very strange. The staff are mean and apathetic and the whole narrative of this place is to make you feel like dirt for you to stop using. Every time I tried to discuss trauma, I was told not to throw a 'pity party.' I did not receive help for years following this place, due to that train of thought. Counselors wonder why people leave here and relapse or overdose. Maybe you shouldn't brush off someone's trauma then they wouldn't die. I was close to giving up because this place fortified the idea that no one cared and I was just 'throwing myself a pity party.' This place is vile and reprehensible.

On July 20th I pulled up to this rehab and it was the best decision I could have made for myself and my family. I learned so much about myself in the 28 days I was there that I know will stick with me forever. The staff is amazing in all areas..they give you hope and a future to sobriety. I left with so much knowledge about my addiction…ways to overcome it and would totally recommend this place to anyone needing to find their way back!! I completed this program on August 17th and I can’t wait to see what the future has instore for me! My husband has his wife back..my children have their mother back and my family has me back…Thank you Woodlake Recovery!! 🙏🏻☺️

My son (18) asked for help which was very big of him and also very difficult for him. Woodlake was highly recommended to me by two reliable sources. We had everything set up and I asked what needed to be done to prepare to go. I was told just be there by 5. I took the afternoon off of work and was notified last minute we had to stop in another city for a COVID test. My son has issues sometimes understanding and gets things confused. He gets upset and has trouble coping when plans are changed. We barely made it for 5. When I arrived at admissions, I was asked where is the money, someone told him we were bringing money. (My insurance covers 100%) He did not receive proper orientation and did not fully understand the rules. He went outside without a buddy (which he didn't understand was a requirement) and was told he could not. He got confused and upset and did get angry. No one was injured nor did he attempt to harm anyone but was kicked out for cursing at a female employee. She said no men were around... they refused to allow him to use a phone because "he isn't allowed to until he's there for 72 hours. Also, he's given 24 hours to rethink about his decision to leave." He decided within minutes he wanted to stay. He was discharged without being allowed to speak with a counselor, use the phone. He was dropped off at a church in the middle of the night in the middle of nowhere and told to usr the Phone at the church... they were closed and no one was there. He was forced to walk in a random direction with his baggage (he could not carry everything and had to leave many items) until picked up by the cops.

All they want is your money. Place is a dump.
I think they put people with Medicaid on the back of the list. Maybe I will call 2 on your side.
Why would that be a problem. You have no business going visit someone in a rehab if u can't pass a drug test. That's not very smart or supportive.
Yes, we do
Yes. Stays open 24/7

Do you accept a medical card? Please answer my question I'm desperate!😳😳
Yaaass
We do offer detox but you have to call our admissions for a bed. I would suggest more than detox.
Yes, we are coed. Males and females aren't allowed to interact though.
You can push your loved ones to get help all you want but it will do no good until he/she is ready to get sober and stop using. I know, bc I am a recovering addict myself and was sober 2 years and recently relapsed a month ago. But I've not used since Thursday and trying to seek treatment. But I remember when I first started trying to get sober. I didn't fully want it and didn't have that rock bottom yet but until I had enough I couldn't get sober even though I didn't want to hurt my family it had to be a choice I made. Again I am at rock bottom and wish to seek treatment at this location. Please help me get in my tomorrow morning. -Trinity
