Absolutely incompetent and unprofessional. When somebody comes in with specific details of what to look for maybe actually look for what they say to look for instead of everything but and also maybe don't hold them hostage after asking them if they are depressed as though you are some sort of psychiatric professional when that's not what they went there for in the first place.

The people who run this place should be appalled. I just waited almost an hour and a half to not be seen by anyone for the third time in a row, and all of these times I was fasting for the appointment. They wasted my time and energy and made it very clear how they feel about their patients.

Everyone here has horrible manners and is rude. A lady by the name of Kim was very rude to me and didn’t seem to care about my situation. I thought WIC was a program that is suppose to help you not the opposite

Terrible place I called to seek therapy was told I’d get a call within forty eight hours a week later nothing so I called again was told they weren’t seeing anymore patients for a month good thing I’m not suicidal because this place is horrible
