I called to make reservations at 610 pm on. 6/16/22. The person that answered was not only incredibly rude but hung up on me. I wanted information on what it would cost for 7 days. Makes me glad I am not there, I can just imagine what the stay would be like

If I could I would leave 0.. horrible area very unsafe. Roaches in the room fridge was dirty stains on bed sheets and cigarettes burns all over comforter. Smelt like mold and stale smoke. I asked the lady if they had anything that didn't smell and she said they all smoke even her in her room it was all they had. We had no choice but to stay for the night we have no where to go. The air is smashed and broken and the walls are splattered with whatever it is. The bathroom door doesn't close the door has a cut in it to go around toilet. And the seat is broken. Their are chips in the bathtub. Please don't ever bring your kids or family here. Spend the extra money and go somewhere safe this is not even worth 20 bucks a night .

Rooms are clean as they're gonna get. A/C system and heating system. Good customer service. And they also have a coffee/juice bar and vending machine as well. Some wear and tear noticeable to the rooms especially in the bathrooms. Has a good cleaning lady.

Bed was nice and clean, fresh linens, decent television. Large number of cigarette burns on the comforter but it was clean and no smoke smell. It may be a little run down but they are working diligently to improve it as they can. Give then a chance, you will sleep soundly and safely!
