My mom was brought here for end of life care. She never left a review on anything in her life, but told me to give them a good review because they were so good to her. All the nurses were super nice and were willing to do anything to help or make it easier for us or my mom.

Would not send my loved ones to this place. The nurses are TERRIBLE. They live on their cell phones and eat Bom Bom's . Very bad bed side manners. I would not let them take care of my pets they are that bad !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Run don't let them fool you .

Zero stars! Only send here if you don’t want them to pass at home. My husband went in there for respite care and was eating and talking when he went in there. The next ssi when I went to see him, they told me he was there for end of life. They had over sedated his body so much that he could never eat or talk again. Wouldn’t send a dog to this place.

My dad went here so we could go out of town. He passed there while we where gone. The call came from Pinnacle Hospice but never a call from The Crossing. No one called us so we could say goodbye. It was 4 am but why not call us hours before? Now all his belongs are missing and one is taking responsibility. A cell phone we left cuz no phones in room and his war vet hat with wings. He proudly wore and went in with this hat on. That hat is to be used at his ceremony of life. 0 rating at this time from our family 👪
