Usually love the staff. They're pleasant and helpful. Everyone is friendly. The blonde pharmacist today was so obviously irritated I had questions about OTC medicine. She was no help. I had another question but I skipped it because she walked away. 😡 Not how you treat the sick or anyone else.!!

I enjoyed spending time at cvs. I made a small purchase, and was greeted by a very respectful CVS representative by the name of Lindsey. She gave me directions on where I needed to go to get the items, as well as rang me up with respect. The manager, Chris Harrington, was a little angry. Besides that, I would recommend 10/10

Sad to say... I will be switching my pharmacy. The staff at the pharmacy are incompetent at their jobs. Went there to get my asthma medication and told it was going to cost me $100 because I didn’t have my cvs pharmacy card with me to update THEIR system. Then when I complained about it.. it literally took him two mins to look up my insurance information. I went an hour after the app told me it would be ready... nope not ready either. This wasn’t the first time I’ve had a problem with the pharmacy. Don’t need the hassle... I’ll gladly go elsewhere!!!!

The pharmaceutical section is the worst place I have ever been to for my needs! Zero Stars is what they deserve! It seams who ever you talk to cannot fallow simple instructions! If the aggravation continues I will have no choice but to do business somewhere else! Like the establishment across the Street! I do not shoot the messenger. These issues have been going on for well over a year! This uncalled for petty childish attitude needs to be adjusted. Custermer told cannot do. Next sentence from their mouth is, your all set I took care of it! Just because I asked who I needed to talk to, so it can be done! Only took 30 seconds to do in the computer! Management needs to put someone in charge to clean up all the stupidity. Unfortunately more people than I must be going through the same ordeal and are relocating their suppliers! Which would mean that this place would not separate me from my money. Nor would they have the privilege of doing the same from my insurance provider! Some other place will have the enjoyment of doing so! It's all about the money. I will drive around the world if I need to! Check out the photos, sure looks like nobody else is in the store. Maybe they are all leaving so that they can regain their confidence in a particular pharmacy! Good luck and good bye? Mr. P says, BUMMER👎👎👎👎😯🤔😎
