I don't see what all the negative reviews are about. I moved into an apartment a few days ago and the previous tenet had broken the tub faucet. I e-mailed the property manager about the issue and couple hours later a plumber showed up and fixed it. The guy even had to make two trips to Home Depot...… I like it here, quiet - most of the time, people mind their own business, internet is slow but spectrum can fix that, and the prices are reasonable since everything is included.

Well when the last owner had it we had cable TV internet people would come out and fix things when you ask them to now we have none of these and the rent stay the same but the accommodations left. the new owners are trying to build more buildings so they can make more money and that's all they're worried about.

There is Brand New management because the last one was stealing from the owner. The new manager is a sweetheart and her husband is also employed by the owner. Awesome people, No More Miss Barnes!! Thank God
I don't do drugs and never had we been here since last year and had no problems with anyone or anything else for that matter. Beside that if you follow the rules for dogs there would be no problems with the dog. All dogs have to be leash.
My cousin and his son love there and they like it. Said they have nice neighbors. Management was nice.
Did you call the office normally they only rent campers or little cabins or empty lots to put your campers on
You just have to call Rachel Barnes in the office during office hours 9am to 4pm
Do not waste your money on this place.
