Hey this place is so great. We come so broken and beat up and torn apart.And the staff rebuilds us from the ground up. I know that you are nervous and scared. Just go and do what they ask and you will see. I can't tell you how much they care just go with the flow and you will see. Your mind clears up your body start's to heal.if you want the real deal called RAW RECOVERY then the ranch is the place to go. please do it for YOURSELF and your family will benefit. The Hacienda was excellent for me for my initial 4 months of recovery...nothing better AND STAY WHEN YOU WANT TO LEAVE!!! Please!!! However, go with your gut as far as their sober living. GO TO SOBER LIVING, just consider choosing another location. HACIENDA was excellent and then suddenly dropped the ball at the end of my stay and did the same for many many other women that I know well. The Hacienda taught me that intense fear and stress is not ever a good condition for a newly sober person to be exposed to and yet I don’t understand where the disconnect is but please know that sadly, IT IS THERE. This makes me cry, but I also learned that Ultimately the top brass will sacrifice any one of us to save face. I have personally seen it and don’t believe it will stop.

I did 60 days there and im telling you guys you need to pick this place. You will find good sober friends here that will become your FAMILY!!!!! forever your sister,brother,mom and grandma. The staff and councilors are always there for you to when ever you need them they will even becone your best friend there to. They wont be in your life when you back to the real world but the clients thats there with you will still be in your life when you get out to. They say rehab is a selfish program couse you suppost to be there to work on your self and yea thats true but me and the girls there didnt agree to that lol couse once you say that hello to someone there BAM!!!! You to are grown attached lol and we never thought about our selfs there we always had each other back and when you walk threw those gates and yes you will be so scared but you dont need to be couse thats the moment of a new life and u will have and gain a new family I PROMISE!!!!!! This place ia worth it u would Not want to leave. No one ever said these words. " i cant wait to leave this place"

YES THEY OFFER DETOX, BUT A MEDICAL DETOX IM NOT SURE I CAN FIND OUT 4U IF U WANT
That's actually really incorrect. You actually cant simply call The Ranch and place yourself on the waiting g list. You are REQUIRED to do a pre-screen with SU-Cares for Riverside County and after they evaluate you THEY place you on the bed wait list. Generally it's a out a 2 week wait after that and if for any reason it does take longer they will re-evaluate you every 30 days.
No, you may drop supplies for patients only from 7:00am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday at The Ranch Recovery Centers administration office. (7885 Annandale Ave. the building with a U.S. flag in front)
Our facilities are run by many professional staff. Staff are required to be present in facility 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Phone privileges are given by each counselors on individual basis.

You may go to the su-cares office for a referral to a facility if you do not get an answer when you call them.
