The staff is friendly and has responded promptly whenever I called. I agree with many others that it would be nice if they would use today's technology on the bill paying and online service. No real problems with bill paying other than bills getting lost in the mail. My issue is with the number of outages due to flushing the lines and I assume repairs to lines in 2022. I can not remember this many outages so frequently. The other downside to the outages is air in the lines. I hate to say I made a mistake on the new bathroom fixtures that the spouts look similar to the old hand pumps, the water flows forward and water falls. When air gets in the line it will shoot out very far. It will wet the walls and soak the person standing in front of it. I'm not sure what can be done like bleeding off the air but this is getting ridiculous. If you are customer avoid these fixtures if you don't want to get soaked. I have 3 of them in my home and it's a pain every time BLW breaks the lines open.

MAGNOLIA WATER. My bill went from 25 to 95. My water stains my white shirts and taste like salt. Also, breaking out in rashes, this water is not clean. We have to pay for this? Class action suit please.

There should be an option for zero stars because they should have zero this one is not worth it I can't give one good reason why they should have one star Their system of supplong water for a fee is very corrupted Everyone who started in April should be fired. How you blame the post office for your own errors have a good day How you cut someone's water off before sending them a disconnect notice Why is it that the only except cash.

Excuses to customers by the current employees blaming the past employee's for all the billing errors are supposed to excuse any BLW liability. Staff seems to feel no responsibility to fix errors before their hire date even if the company is the same. I tried for 18months to get an account closed when I moved. I asked repeatedly ,called and made multiple visits to office always an excuse from old and new staff.. I paid my last bill for old address in 2019 and expected my deposit to be refunded or credited to new address. I got a bill for July 2021for the old address. BLW used my deposit to pay my previous address's water bill this month. The problems within BLW office operations doesn't appear any better, yet. Keep a stamped receipt for bills. To recieve my refund BLW told me I need to find my payment stubs from 2019. Hope it gets better but keep proof and if you move get a statement saying you want to transfer or cancel service don't expect them to have correct information.

I had the same thing happen. Would not return a deposit . I was told that the whole staff had been replaced due to inconsistencies and missed management and the new poeple couldn't didnt know what customers had been told concerning closing out an account due to selling or moving to new address. The billings problems were said to be the reasons old office staff is no longer there and they have a new automated billing. Anyone know why if BLW's problem's was the billing and records system for payments and was automated due to errors and inconsistencies what new is the new system? I was there yesterday and was retold same thing again by the bookkeeper
