Would have loved to bring my pup to this place for full care, but my phone interaction during my inquiry with “Deanna” was horrible. She was very condescending, not helpful and hung up on me after she answered my question with a really bad tone. I thanked her and told I appreciated her help, and it sounded like she slammed the phone down to disconnect the call. I hope everyone else has pleasant experiences here, but my dog and I will be going with another competitor that makes us feel valued and actually wants our business.

I’m a new dog mom, and from the beginning SAF has been great about answering my many questions, going over my dog’s records with me, and helping get their microchips transferred over.

Texted begging for help with our dog. Just suggestions. Not even a response that they couldn't help. So that was totally disappointing and we are still struggling with having to surrender her or trying to save her from being put down.

Why if you are so desperate for homes for kittens / cats , did you remove a kitten that had settled into a new home because you thought it would be better if it was kept with it’s sibbling ! You either want homes for the kittens or you don’t

Nothing was ever finalized, no adoption application, or contract was done. No adoption fee was paid. We have numerous kittens. If your relative wanted just one kitten, we had others to choose from, even for just fostering. We decide how to place the kittens, and if there are two that are bonded, our goal is to get them placed together. The kitten was in the home as a foster kitten, there was no discussion with us about adoption. It's our policy, as a rescue organization, as to how our animals are placed. Sorry if you don't agree with it.
