POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. There is no way to talk to a branch to ask a simple question. What size safety deposit boxes does the Airline branch have available for an existing customer. The only person you can speak to is the main customer service in Baton which was of NO help. I explained that it was an hour and 1/2 for me to drive to the branch. The customer service rep said oh well your only option is to drive to the branch to find out what boxes are available. I am going to drive to the branch to close my checking and savings accounts and go to a bank you can get a simple question answered.

It takes a huge amount of technology working in synch to make modern day tools like debit/credit cards to work. It requires only ONE tiny glitch out of thousands of bytes in the computer system to prevent a card from working....EVEN IF the fault was a clerk's mistake , the employees are only human. Maybe you should just get over yourself , be nice , and give them a chance to correct the problem.JCU is EXCELLENT...YOU ,after 26 years should know this by now.If you go somewhere else, you will hurt only you. You'll still run into occasional problems with systems that CAN"T be perfect and people who will NEVER be perfect.
