I had the pleasure of working with Dylan in the UPS Store, E Third St, Williamsport. I cannot print at home and he was able to print right from my phone! He was speedy too! He also helped me to bring in a large bulky box, I was so appreciative . This is the second time Dylan has helped me make a return easy. He is professional and friendly. He has an attitude that he really wants to help. Now I look for him whenever I go there because he is great at his job! Many thanks to Dylan!

Returning things in general is a pain Especially when your in pain and gas prices but all Of my visits to this location have been outstanding. I’ve had the pleasure of being helped by a young man I cannot recall his name (SRRY) but he’s tall slim, deep tan and has a clean trim beard, He’s always friendly and helpful and makes the visit a breeze. Opened and stolen the contents of a package being sent . I spent $103.00 and expected the trust and well handled experience from this company. My family receiving became ill and spent time in a hospital due to the negligence of these young people working in this store! Utterly discusted!discussed!! Beware of these thiefs!!!
