I wasn't going to do this until I was reminded of being charged for something I didn't receive, twice. Not many places deliver to my residence, so to find a place with good wings and pizza that delivers that isn't one of the three (2 of the 3 won't deliver to my address... midtown). I ordered their chocolate cake for dessert and was excited to eat it after the wings and pizza. When I noticed the cake wasn't with the order, I called the store and was directed to the manager. He assured me that on my next order, they would send the cake. The following week when I ordered, pizza, wiyh extra meat, wings, drinks... I mentioned the cake, they remembered my name and said they would send it. When the driver shows up with the food, I asked him if my cake was there, he laughed and left. I come in and check the food... No cake. So I call back and ask why they didn't send it, and I'm told that I didn't order one... being upset about the cake was only the beginning. When I looked at the pizza I asked for extra meat on, this is what I saw. Changing my review from 5 to 1 star is based on customer experience. To be told two different things in a matter of 45 minutes from a company I've chosen to spend my money with, is unacceptable. I will never order from this place again.

Passing through town on our way home From a Tactical Rifleman training course and was hoping for some hole in the wall Italian. It was good! Pizza was piping hot, and tasty. They had some technical issues at the time, but it was good food, family business.

Do not order delivery from this restaurant. I placed an order for one pizza delivered to my hotel on Saturday night at 11:30. The estimated delivery was 12:25am, a bit of a wait, but not too bad for a Saturday night in Nashville. The online ordering portal did not show order tracking, so I had no idea where my order was while waiting. I waited until 1:30am before calling. He said “it’s on the way.” Never got it. The next day, I called about it and the manager told me I had to request a refund through the online ordering service. When I tried, the ChowNow employee said that the restaurant rejected the request because they delivered the food to the hotel lobby. I called the hotel and spoke to someone who worked last night. He assured me that no food had been accepted at the front desk and it is their policy to send delivery drivers up to the room. I called the restaurant back and the manager insisted that he’s very familiar with how the hotels in the area work and they don’t allow non guests to go up to the rooms. He said he’d investigated and checked the log on the deliveries, but then asked me which hotel I was at. When I told him I’d just called the hotel and heard their policy, he changed the story and said the driver couldn’t go to the room because it was a contactless delivery. I asked why they couldn’t leave it at the door. He said they’re only allowed to spend 5-10 minutes on each delivery before they have to leave. He was very rude and kept changing his story to insist I was wrong.

Placed a delivery order and it arrived 1 hour late. I was not happy at all...BUT once I took my first bite, I was completely over being mad. The food was AMAZING!!! My husband ordered a pepperoni pizza. I ordered spaghetti with meat sauce and we had cheese bread with marinara to share. The pizza was great. The cheese bread was great. The spaghetti and meat sauce was absolutely the best I've ever tasted. I will most definitely return to get some more should I ever return to Nashville. 100% suggest anyone seeking pizza and pasta to order or dine in at this restaurant....if you don't, you're the one missing out..just saying 🤷‍♀️
