My wife and I ordered custom double 8ft doors with Danny at the commack location, the time frame for building and delivery where slowed down by Covid ( to be expect ) but every time I called for status I was given a true status and update never blow off or ignored ! Upon the doors coming in the installation was extremely prioritized and the installer Chris was nothing short of AMAZING! Upon installation the color was not exactly what talked about so the owner stepped in and fix the problem no questions asked and was on the job sight to oversee and resolve the issue to our complete satisfaction! People love to use reviews to complain , but this review is being written to say what great company that truly cared about customer satisfaction , thank to everyone at royal 👍
