Our 10 month old Mini Goldendoodle had an emergency yesterday. Our regular vet refused to take her saying that they already took too many emergencies for the day. I called Bay Shore Animal Hospital and they took us even though she wasn’t their patient. Dr. Dratch and his staff were amazing from start to finish. They were very busy and kept apologizing for our wait even though they were the ones who did us a favor. Dr. Dratch clearly treats his patients as if they are his own. Our very nervous and scared puppy was very comfortable with him and his staff. I cannot recommend this practice enough and we will be using them for all of our dogs’ medical needs.

Accomodated us on short notice for our 3 pets who all needed concurrent treatment. The staff were gentle and you can tell they really care about animals
