Didn't camp there, just went there for a day of kayaking with a friend. Beautiful day. Quite a few people out on the water for the middle of the week. One rude boat, music could be heard by all, pretty sure they were drinking and partying..

My wife and I love kayaking and we recently discovered this area...what a treat! We've been all over the area: Yale, Merwin, etc., but didn't realize that to the left of the day-use area of Cresap is a no-wake waterway! Loved the fact that the boats can only access this part of the "river" b going sllloowww! Anyway, great kayaking, several "bays" to stop and have a lunch or swim!

They’re always booked completely out MONTHS before summer. It’s a super popular camp ground
It is one of our favorite spots. Day use area is great. The only thing is, if you want to get in, you have to be there early ( like by 8) especially on weekends. The day use is limited admission and fills up very quickly. Day use fee is $5.
They have made some changes. Go to pacificorp.com/community/recreation/washington.html Scroll down to the park you are looking for then select reservations
It means if they aren't fully reserved, they will have camp sites available to those who arrive. But this campground books completely well in advance, so call first!

Yes but there are 4 campers in our area that have fires, including the camp host across from us.
