Everyone was so nice and helpful. Very pleasant for my son to take his drivers exam! The instructor made him feel a little less nervous and was very informative about what he did correct and what he did wrong. Highly recommend this location. I also had to renew my drivers license and was done before my son got back from his exam.

I actually had to go there twice this week for two different things one for myself and one for my son. Both visits were pleasant and extremely quick! My son had to renew his expired permit and we were in and out within 5 minutes. We got the same gentleman both times I forget his name but he’s absolutely exceptional! He has awesome customer service skills, is extremely knowledgeable, passionate and provides a pleasant and quick visit. He deserves a huge pat on the back. I want to say maybe his name is Anthony…dark hair probably mid to late 20’s…clean cut. I had such a good experience the first visit I actually wanted to request him the second time but lucked into getting him again…booth 5 perhaps. Geez I really wish I could remember because he truly deserves a shout out. The guy beside him was so nice too…during todays visit he noticed our street was an area he knew and was chatting with us about the history of the old elementary school. It was just experiences that you don’t expect to have at DMV’s because you usually hear about mean miserable employees who treat people like dirt even though they work for the state…which in turn we help pay for. But these 2 guys are definitely keepers! Hopefully they are paid well and treated properly so they stay!

I wanted to speak to a representative and only 5 seconds later they asked again if I would like to go to the main menu, I pressed 2 to stay on hold and the machine basically told me they’re too busy and HUNG UP ON ME… I would’ve waited but now I have to do the whole process again🙄 I hate machines
Williamsport Driver License Center will be Tuesdays through Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. – 4:15 p.m. Photo center hours will be Mondays through Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. – 4:15 p.m., with photo hours extended to 6 p.m. on Thursdays.
Who came up with the idea to only be available to do pictures Tuesday Thursday and Saturday. Like what in the actual hell. This is beyond inconvenient for so many folks.

Bring two forms of ID, one has to be a passport or birth certificate. Bring 2 forms of proof of residence. Mortgage/Rent and a utility bill. Also a check book they dont take cards.
