The 2nd floor night shift is horrible. My mom was having trouble breathing, gasping for air and could barely talk, she kept pressing the button for help and no one answered for a while. It took about two hours for the 2nd floor night shift to finally call 911, when the ambulance arrived and saw the condition that my mom was in they were furious that they hadn't been called sooner.

Autumn lake of norwalk is beautiful place with good hospitality warm and friendly staff who I enjoy working with from nurses, CNA’s, dietitian, Physical therapy to occupational therapy and my supervisors. Most importantly the care and safety of each patient is prioritized. Certainly a great working experience for me.
