It’s really just a store that sells Polish food and liquid products. They have a deli section which is intended for you to buy for yourself and take with you (like any other store). Finally, they also have this little buffet section with Polish style foods (never tried the actual quality of the food in the buffet) which is intended for you to take with you, and not to sit and dine.
There’s only Polish foods, but there are many sausages. There are similar options to Knockwurst but there are no grilled/cooked sausages like Bratwurst (bratwurst literally means “cooked/grilled sausage” in case you were unaware)
