Great service after the wait to be seen. On one occasion, I came to visionworks on deleware to pick up my contacts and do the 40 min class they have..i thought the appointment would be a quick in and out appointment…i was at the location for 3+ hours after repeatedly telling them i have to be at work. very chaotic environment, but like i said. when you are being seen, the staff is great.

Go somewhere else. I went here because I had a couple positive experiences at their location in OP. This location seems like is always in the flux of chaos. They could not take the time to get my prescription from their OP location. The prescription they gave me here was completely wrong. The gentleman whom helped me order sunglasses did not listen to me and ordered them incorrectly. I’ve had to come back 5 times to try and get this right. I wish I went somewhere else from the beginning.

I had went to the Delaware Ave for a eye glasses and I called today cause I been having problems with the glasses and bifocals. I explained this to Mary Beth and I was told to come in. He or she didn't hanged up the phone and he was talking about me say she having problems with the bifocals, she should had check that before she left and not complain. I called back told him or her that I heard everything he said and told he was explaining to someone. I said you made fun of me and was complaining with someone there and he got nasty. I will not go there again! I will tell everyone that they talk about customer behide there backs. Smh

The staff themselves were great however wait time for new glasses is ridiculous. Mine were supposed to come in 10-14 days. On the 14th day my order was delayed with no expected completion date. I called to check the status and you only talk to a virtual machine who said there won't be another update on completion for another 3-5 days.
