Had a 12:40pm appointment didn’t leave till about 2pm. Long waits, by the time someone placed my order I was getting ready to walk out and go somewhere else. Doctor kept pushing for retinal exam even after I told her I was by myself and had no one to drive me. Not worth going to better off going somewhere like America’s Best for better service. First and last time there

Went in to buy glasses with a script on 4/30/22. Staff person friendly and helpful. Ordered two pair of glasses. Promise date to receive glasses was 5/14/22. It is now 5/24/22 and still no glasses. This is absolutely rediculous and will be my last time going to Vision works!

Staff was pleasant in the front end. The doctor mixed up my file with my wife's and the proceeded to tell her she has to wait to be finished because the doctor has other patients.. no point in appointments if they don't finnish you and make you wait. We both had separate appointments...
