Absolutely rude sarcastic woman answered their phone. Informed they will Not work on addressing just one problem tooth, they are "comprehensive dental care" whereupon each and every tooth Must be addressed. Only then will they actually work on your problem tooth. Nasty customer rep said as condescending as possible, "Anything less is malpractice." What a money making racket. Went here before and was treated courteously and prompt. WOW what a difference a year or two later.

I am so frustrated with this company. I scheduled an appointment with them to see about my wisdom teeth. I had to call the morning of to reschedule my appointment, NOBODY answered the phone, the voice-mail told me someone would call back within two hours to help my problem. That was last week and I haven't heard from anyone since. Absolutely terrible communication and customer help. Actively looking elsewhere to have my wisdom teeth out.

Didn't completely remove my tooth the doc ask me if I felt anything I said no. Of course I'm not gonna feel it with being numb. So he called it done.

Might be able to Google a provider list. Or call the insurance company for provider list. Sorry unsure of who accepts it.
They will make payment arrangements with you. They were very nice. There also is an office in selinsgrove

We also offer a free initial exam & consultation for patients 18 and older. Give us a call and we'll be happy to schedule you for a convenient appointment.
They don't charge for x-rays or the first visit. Even if you can't manage a third party payment plan, get x-rays and ask for antibiotics if the teeth are causing you pain. Then make a plan for going forward.
