Dr. Mclver is truly amazing! He made sure that I was comfortable with my health scare being that I am so young. He is the best primary care doctor I ever had. This 2 star rating is for his staffs communication. They are unprofessional and not organized at all when it comes to communication. I call them for questions and always get "we'll call you back to answer." I never receive call backs. I continuously call because of my health concerns also because that they tell me they would call me that same day. I just get frustrated, I understand they have other patients, but to be guaranteed a call back that same day and not get a call upsets me. I rather them say we will get back with you when we can. I would not get as frustrated with those simple words.They turn off/ do not answer the phones in the office before closing time. As a patient, I was never informed that they do that (and I do not know if they do that for sure each business day). Also, I say that they are unorganized because I received a call a month after my scheduled visit saying I missed it... But I did not. I made the appointment.
