Low effort below average staff the people at the desk and phone seem like they hate their job and it shows

It is offensive to have someone say that a blood test for pregnancy was tested and there are no results yet when the facility has an onsite lab that my fiancée had here blood taken for this over 24 hrs and it was tested in the morning with no results yet
