If I could leave zero stars after my full experience with them I would. Unfortunately I had an outbreak of panleukopenia in my house and lost a few cats to it, specifically related to this event, one of my kittens passed away on the way there and the other we had to euthanize there. When filling out the paperwork I purposely asked for ink paw prints and I know I fully read the paperwork and there was nothing to mark on there for the paw prints. I even told the technician that if they wanted to bring the stuff in I’d do them myself if they were worried about the panleuk, he told me that wasn’t necessary and he would take care of it. This was all 9/17, they told me it should be less than a week til they were back. Fast forward to yesterday 9/26 I called to see if they had an estimate of when my cats would be back and they responded by saying they didn’t know how to answer that and they didn’t know them said it all depends on how busy the crematorium is could be a week, could be two, maybe even three. Thankfully they called me today to let me know my babies were back. After getting back home, mind you I drove a total of two hours round trip, I noticed they did not do the paw prints. When I called, they took ten minutes to even find me in the system and then proceeded to tell me that it was my fault because the box was not filled in on the paperwork. Even if I did miss it, don’t you think the technician would’ve atleast double checked?! I am so upset and angry over how everything was handled with this place. And when pulling out the urn, I noticed the one bottom wasn’t on right and looked and saw that my babies ashes are just in ziploc bags inside the urn. I’m sorry but for as much as you pay for cremation and then they just throw the ashes in a ziploc?! If you’re looking for care and compassion do not go to this place.

Two front counter ladies were great. Blonde long hair blue eye tech was super rude!!! So, understaffed she said but look like everyone was having a good ole time. Eating talking sitting around

I have a cat who was shot. His care was ok. Communication is horrid here. We had a very bad situation and they made it way worse by the way it was handled. Calling phone numbers that never existed for me, telling me it was my doing, just complete nonsense. $1500 later and it took a full 22 hours of me calling and leaving my number 5+ times then a not so nice email to even get an update. Complete lack of organization that we really didn't need at the time. We will not return

Very knowledgeable and polite staff. They take good care of animals.

I just had my 12 month male cat done at SAH, $235, included pain medicine they give to you.
We sat outside for an hour in 90 plus degrees with a sick dying dog.I have a newer car that actually overheated from sitting running so long.I had to shut it off & our poor dog was panting.I finally called in & complained & they said oh,sorry we somehow missed you.Wed already checked in at arrival. 10 minutes later they finally took us inside
Yes, they do
It really shouldn't matter but probably I would mention both
Call and schedule an appointment
I don't know. They are good about providing estimates with appropriate disclaimers, though.
Anyone can go, just call first. They take one patient at a time. Currently you set up the time, drive there, call them and they come out to get the patient, then call you with the next steps. I think it is $110 up front charge for the evaluation. I just had to go through this with my dog that was hit by a car. They were very accommodating for me, even when we had to make the decision to euthanize the dog. They let the family come in to say goodbye before the procedure.
I'm not sure. I had an emergency and I had to pay half of the estimate when they examined my cat. The rest was paid when she was discharged a week later.
Spay and neuter are also pretty far apart in cost.
It depends on the weight. We had our dog put down and they were very kind to us and symptomatic. Left us stay as long as we want to stay to say our goodbye
I think they have a large animal vet call them
I work there in the boarding area but I am not sure off the top of my head but if you call in they can get you an estimate on how much it will be
Yes
I think this is a forum to ask customers questions about the clinic, not to ask the clinic questions about pet health. As a customer, they have always been very helpful with me, on the phone. Give them a call!
I've not needed that service so I don't know the answer.
You should see your veterinarian.
