This place is really dirty and ugly to look at. Theres bugs and spiders in the main lobbies and worst of all the landlady is terrible! she should be arrested for letting her building get as bad as it is

Guys, this place and the management is Trash!!!!! don’t get fooled by the price they are offered at. They don’t give back deposit money and the manager Dee Dee is the worst in every possible way. She couldn’t care less if you are facing any issue with the apartment, if your stove is not working for above 10 days, even then she would not respond to your email, forget about answering a call. She has a sick dog who keeps barking and has bitten the tenants in triads and still it does not stop her from bringing the dog and leave her open and if you are afraid of the dog then she will yell at you saying it’s just a dog, even when the dog has bitten people I know.

I lived there few years ago. Maintenance was rarely helpful. Halls used to be very dirty. only advantage was the proximity to North campus.

I first came to the apartment complex back in 2020. Things were a bit of a mess, and Cindy was the manager at the time. She moved on, and we had a slew of managers that didn't seem to be able to handle the job. The manager that is currently in the office is so much better. She's good at her job, friendly, professional, and gets things fixed & repaired properly. The apartment is not completely up to snuff yet due to the lack of management for several years. She's done a wonderful job at trying to get this place back into shape. Unfortunately, there's so much that needs to be done. Since she's been here, we now have regular pest control and I have not had any issues with bugs. I know going forward, as long as the current manager is in office, things will only get better.
