Have tried multiple times to cancel a membership, and have had no response. I figured it was cancelled due to the lack of activity and the fact that they hadn't charged my card for october. However i recently got an unexpected 100 dollar charge when my normal membership is 40. I am disgusted with the poor business and lack of communication from the staff at Pollock Pines Snap Fitness.

No. Just no. If I'm paying for a gym, I want access to all the good equipment. The main machines for inner and outer thighs, they didn't have. Plus I randomly started getting charged membership fees 3 months after I had closed my account. It was a real ordeal trying to get that taken care of. Had to go through my credit card company and it took weeks. I understand they are under new management (Pollock Pines site) but that was enough for me... I'll never go back.

Have paid $400 for personal training sessions and never recieved them. I work 6 days a week. Personal trainers are supposed to work around a customers schedule. Not us around theirs. I would like my money back.

I believe $39.99 (monthly) + $20 (for the card, one time) but if you talk to them or if you sign up more than one person they can reduce your price. I pay $35 for a student discount and I signed up my parents together and they charged me $60 for them together.
You’ll have to ask them directly. It seems like they fly by the seat of their pants. There weren’t any set prices. That MAY have changed now but it used to be, “Well, how does (blank amount) sound, can you do that?”
