Absolutely horrendous place to live. The faucets in the bathroom have one with freezing cold water and one with scalding hot water, with no way to combine the two. Also, keep in mind you're paying for two weeks of rent that you won't be staying at the apartment for. They also expect you to do a deep clean of the apartment yourselves and will heavily deduct from your security deposit if not done to a professional level. The mail room is a nightmare to find packages and is super disorganized--often people steal packages because of how not secure it is. Very outdated apartments for the price you pay, you can definitely find better in New Haven.

I absolutely LOVE living here especially since Johneisha became our property manager, she is extremely kind and SO good at her job! I had a few issues logging into the resident portal when I moved in and she cleared things up for me right away with ease. Johneisha has gone above and beyond for me and has made my renting experience a breeze! Anthony and Wayne are also on staff and are always extremely helpful! I love howe place and would recommend it to students studying in new haven as well as young professionals wanting to live close to downtown in a safe & secure building!

The maintenance staff Anthony and Wayne are very fast and helpful with any fixes that come up. Been through two winter storms and they are quick to get everything cleared and walkable for everyone. Not to mention super friendly and my dog loves them both!
