It’s honestly disrespectful and disgusting how understaffed these banks are and the fact that they have managers who are not doing a single thing while you have one teller and a line of tons of people. Don’t waste your time. Bank elsewhere if you can manage it

Great bank and beautiful building—when they are open. They constantly close without warning, which is a problem when it’s the only Wells Fargo in New Haven. Management is ruining this bank I’m afraid.

This is the headquarters of Wells Fargo Bank in Connecticut. The building is massive. I was blown away when I visited. The service is the fast and the workers super friendly. There’s wheelchair accessible entrance but I couldn’t find any parking lot.m; I guess it’s a paid parking. It’s also pretty close the road and can be easily niticed from a vehicle in normal traffic- you can’t miss it:
