Deeply mediocre ski shop. Just came in for an end of season tune up with my skis so that they can be properly stored for the down season and the sales clerk told me to come back in August?! (It’s May now.) Last December I came in for a start of season tuneup and it was a three weeks wait. Ended up missing the first storms of the season. Funny, all the shops near the ski mountains, it’s always one nights for a tune-up. So … faster service, better quality service (Windham in particular.) Potter Bothers is a waste of time. UPDATE: Lovely that Potter Brothers took the time to respond. Just shows how mediocre of a ski shop they are. It’s industry best practice to tune skis at the end of the season - this helps prevent rust from developing while stored (plus it’s just good practice to keep skis in good shape.) This is why Potter Brothers was prioritize tuning their own rentals. It’s simply how you take care of skies. It also says everything you need to know about them as a customer: “sorry, we’re busy, come back at the end of summer when we’re slow” Looking for inexpensive season long skis for a beginner skier? Sure, great place. Everyone else? So many better shops, with better service, and more knowledgeable staff. Of course, the sales associate who helped me (I believe one of the family owners) wasn’t nearly as accommodating as the response here… they just told me they can’t do it. Guess you gotta write a bad review to get some help around here.

A big thank you to Kyle and Matt for great service. I bought a pair of Giro goggles at Potter Brothers for a ski trip to the Swiss Alps. We got a big storm while I was there but the goggles were a problem, they fogging up between the lenses. I ended up skiing in my Ray Bans! On my return I wrote to Kyle explaining the situation and my dissatisfaction with the product. He immediately replied with a response from Giro that the goggles must be defective. He asked if I would give Giro a second chance and offered me any Giro goggle as a replacement. So I picked another pair of Giros, the Axis.We just had the storm of the year this past weekend and I am pleased to say I had no issues at all with the new Giro goggles. Great product and customer service.

Potter Brothers replaced the bindings on my snowboard today. Thank you! Great service and products. So happy to support another family business, located less than a mile from Sport of Iron Fitness.

Not sure if they do all the time. I don't remember seeing any used stuff in store but they do a big used equipment swap meet tent sale once or twice a year.
