Good: they had the system I wanted and I walked out with it. Bad: obnoxiously pushy about memberships and warrantees. I said No so many times. Apparently despite the fact that I said I want no waranttees, the employees are required to ask about EVERY SINGLE ITEM, and to explain all the things the waranttees cover each time. Also I couldn't get the help I wanted because the employees were pushing memberships and warrantees instead of helping me. I won't be back and I wish I had shopped somewhere else. So annoying and unpleasant.

Drove an hour to get there because the Hudson location closed two hours early just for the Bimbo behind the counter to tell me she wouldn’t help me because it was 10 min to closing. My process would have take 5min had she not wasted it trying to cover her own Butt by explaining how “sorry” she was as she followed me out the door to close the store early. Literally just now. I’m currently sitting in the parking lot writing this. At 7:00 pm.
