Beautiful, small, quiet, shaded park built around a creek. We are here currently, July 19 - 24 in site 22. Night of 7/20/22 rec'd 7" of rain in 2 hours. Park owners woke us up at 1:00am to let us know the creek is rising and to be ready to evacuate. Severe flooding happened quickly but thanks to the owners for their awareness, care and helpful advice, all RV'ers and rigs evacuated safely until flood waters receded. We returned about noon to the family owners all working hard to clean everything back up and help us to get comfortable once again. Thank you so much to the owners for a positive experience to what could have been devastating.

Clean, well maintained and landscaped park. Bathhouse is also clean and well maintained. Nice brook running through the mIddle and a river beside it. Quiet except for the highway noise. (They are growing a natural fence to help with that). Price is reasonable and Management is very friendly.

This park should change their name to Peachtree Cove RV Park and Botanical Gardens ! It is a beautifully Landscaped and well maintained RV Park. It is SAFE, CLEAN, and WELL-RUN,. This family-owned property is a peaceful GEM ! Everyone in this hardworking family is beyond professional, friendly, and accommodating. I can't say enough good things ! I am not related, nor am I a personal friend, this is an honest review from someone who has visited often.

Hands down, the most peaceful campground! Streams running through the park, a river at the far end— the grounds were so well maintained and flowers beds in bloom throughout the park. For the guests use, they have a pavilion with picnic tables, a fire pit with chairs all around. I was impressed already, but the owners, the Neely family walked through one evening just to say hello and greet everyone . Cannot say enough, except, just go!
