Last week we went to Yudin’s for the first time. We needed a new Cafe microwave and new air conditioner. We also wanted to get ideas for a soon to be replaced French Door model refrigerator. Upon our arrival, we’re were greeted by Joe C. Joe quickly found out what we were looking for and went to work. In no time at all, we had a new microwave and ac on order. Then Joe took a good amount of time showing us new options on refrigerators. Joe even emailed us some models to consider when we are ready to purchase the new refrigerator. Joe couldn’t have done a better job taking care of us. One thing is for sure; when it’s time to make the refrigerator purchase, it will be purchased at Yudins and Joe will be our salesman. On another note, Yudin’s delivery/installation crew (Mr. C) were incredible. They worked like a fine tuned pit crew. Their speed and efficiency left me in awe. They were in and out so quickly that I forgot to tip them. I will get them next time, because Yudin’s is our new appliance store!

Yudin's is one of the best companies I have dealt with in the 40+ years I have lived in this area. In the past year I have replaced my refrigerator, dryer, stove, range hood and air conditioners. Dealing with Yudin's was a pleasure. They knew what I wanted and needed almost better than I did. Their prices are good, the service is excellent and the attention to detail and customer service is a standout in an era when that is not always the case. I can't imagine shopping for appliance anywhere else. I have recommended Yudin's to many others.

Yudin's has been a lifesaver for me! Back in Nov. our oven and dishwasher stopped working 3 weeks before we were hosting Thanksgiving. At a loss of what to do and to get the appliances we needed with all the delays going on in the world, my husband decided we would give Yudin a try. We had never been there before and were so hoping to get the appliances we needed. To our surprise, they were able to accommodate us! We were thrilled. They were so nice and worked very hard to make sure we could have an oven and dishwasher for Thanksgiving! Fast forward to this past week... I found out the dryer I had for 5 years almost went on fire. I had purchased it from a franchised appliance store, and as much as I do like the store, I like the feel of supporting a family owned business. I decided to go to Yudin again to purchase a new dryer. As I walked in, I was was greeted with a friendly smile which is important to me. I explained I needed a dryer and ASAP because I haven't had one in over a week. The towels were starting to pile up. What I appreciated about Joseph was that he took the time to find the best dryer and the color to match. They even made it possible to have it delivered in a day!! I was so excited!! I love how they go above and beyond for their customers. I highly recommend giving them a try when you need an appliance.
