Residency at The Vista involves a one-time entry fee, typically paid from the sale of your home, and monthly service fees. Your fees will depend on four factors: size of your apartment, contract option you choose, whether you are a single person or a couple, and percentage of your entry fee you would like to have refunded to you or your estate when you leave the campus.
