I am a relativity new patient but have had to use their services several times in addition to the initial exam and two cleanings. Over the years I've had the experience of the good, the bad, and the indifferent, but I've never had such an outstanding experience in all of those years as I've had with the team at Dr Gabor's office. From Cindy and Taylor at the front desk, Joni, my hygienist, to one of the most caring, intelligent, honest and personable dentists I've ever met, DR Soyna Kapoor. Whenever I call, the phone is answered quickly and with a friendly greeting. They respond to all my questions and issues with concern and follow up as promised. Joni not only cleans my teeth but offers up suggestions to help me do a better job. She is friendly, conversational and a great listener. Dr Kapoor's assistant, Margaret, makes sure I'm comfortable before and during any procedure. Dr Kapoor!!!!What can I say. She is everything a dentist should be. Her ability to analyze a difficult situation and come up with a procedure to resolve the issue and save me money and at the same time let me know what she is doing and the possible temporary or permanent outcome. I've had a great dentist with a bad front desk, I've had ok dentist with indifferent front desk, and I've had bad dentist with a great front desk. But with Dr Gabor's office, I have it all. After my constant bragging about my treatment at this office, my wife now goes to this office. It's nice to know that there are still professionals out there that put their patient needs and concerns first.
