Management was good. Recently management is strict on minor things. I foresee prices going up again due to all the upgrades being done. …Thank you for taking time to review Idle Wheel Estates. Every rule is designed to increase the safety of the Park, and to make it a peaceful place for all Resident's to live. In your comment, you mentioned minor rules being enforced, but the things we've been focusing on for the past few months (street parking, cleaning the storage area, correcting bills, asking that all pets be kept on leashes, requiring rent to be paid on time) have always been important for the efficient running of the Park. If there is ever anything I ask Resident's to do, or I do, that is not in the Rental Agreement, please let me know, I would love to be corrected! Idle Wheel Estates

Hello, thank you for your interest in Idle Wheel Estates! You can always call the office (the manager is usually one of the first to learn of any sales taking place), and to simply drive around the park every now and then. Many of the homes are sold privately, so a sign is posted in their yard, but not necessarily online. Good luck finding a home! Idle Wheel Estates
The Park is not involved in the sale of Resident's homes, but I'm not currently aware of any homes on the market in Idle Wheel. There are no rentals in the Park, so any purchase would be to buy the house. I only know of one park in the area, Country Fair Estates in Dunnigan, that definitely has current openings in the park.
