I went to the branch for a notary yesterday. The lady said that she had only 15min before her next appointment and asked me to make an appointment tomorrow. I asked her how long it will take, she said maybe about 0.5 hours. I said there is only one page document and need only one signature, it should take less than 5min. But she insisted me to make an appointment. So I did. Today, I went there on time and got it done. How long it took? 5min!!!. Wow!!! Her name is Kelly ( I think)

Their parking lot is right next to the movie theater. Chase will not allow people -- even Chase customers -- to park in the lot after hours. I understand not wanting people to park in the lot when the bank is OPEN, but me and my wife (who is disabled) were shooed out of their lot at 9:30PM at night by a security guard, hours after the bank was CLOSED -- and we are both Chase customers! The funny thing is that Chase actually hired a full-time security guard to prevent movie goers from using the lot when the bank is CLOSED.

For a bank that is so new they need to get that drive through atm service in order. I’m sick of having to drive across town simply because their machine is down. It’s unprofessional because the machine is known for stealing more money than you deposit. Always be sure of what you deposit before actually doing so!!! You’ve been warned!
