Unprofessional staff, they are rude to patients and dictate treatment options, some of their hygienist recommend deep cleaning without much of clinical benefits, but they charge you $$$. Please avoid this place, however Dentist provides good service, but you don’t want to go there to deal with unprofessional staff including some of the hygienist.

To provide efficient service, we ask you to please bring your insurance card, an ID, plus any referral slips or diagnostic records given to you by another office. If you are taking medications, please note or make a list of what they are as you will need to provide that information. If you'd like to save some time, you can fill out some of our forms online.
We understand that finances are always a concern and do our best to provide options in care that are both affordable and respect your budget. Once we've had a chance to perform an exam, we can discuss all the possible solutions for your smile.
Our goal is to help patients get the care they need without any additional stress or delay. If your health insurance provides dental benefits, our financial office will work with you to optimize your coverage while minimizing your out-of-pocket expense. We are also happy to help you file insurance claims to expedite your reimbursement from non-participating plans.
