We had a hitch put on our Santa Fe. When we picked it up, the spare tire was in the back cargo area. They said they couldn’t get the spare back in your place after they took it off. I took it across the street to the Hyundai dealer. Turns out that the mechanism had been damaged and it needed a new part to fix it. I called UHaul and they took pictures and gave me the insurance info. To make a long story short, it cost us $750 to repair and UHaul refused responsibility. DO NOT trust these people to put a hitch on your car!

I ordered everything I needed online. They packed it up and helped me load me car. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. Great location!

Booked a rental online for a 12:30 PM pickup. Showed up a few minutes before and was helped right away. Had no issue getting all the paperwork ready. Picked up the truck and was gone in about 5 minutes. Truck was clean inside. The return process was just as easy!

I went to this store the guy name Dillon was very rude I went to the wrong store he was very nasty on the phone and in-person. I plan to move in a few months. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
