Got approved for a 2006 road king then they tell me I have to pay $5,000 down on it last minute on a $10,000 bike. Who would want to pay 50% of the total cost out the door on a 16 year old bike? Not a good sales tactic. So it will sit and rot in their showroom

While riding my Harley one day, I thought I lost the part on my lower faring which allows the air to pass or close off. So I recently purchased a part from Riding High HD on March 12th. A few weeks pass by and I went to put the part on the bike and my wife ask me what I'm doing. I showed her the part and she says I saw something like that and went and got it. So I put the old part back on....nothing wrong. Called Riding High yesterday and explained what happened and they said they couldn't give me money back because its been past 30 days and I can understand that. I asked if they could do an instore credit because I was planning on buying a few things anyways. The manager said sure that they would work something out. Thought to myself that's excellent. Get there today and because I took the part out of the package they wouldn't accept it. Not good! The part was never put on or touched more than once. Real kicker is that My plan was to purchase my wife a couple outfits for Mothers day. Won't be from Riding High!

Greg in parts helped me find the exhaust tips that brought my bike to life. He took the time to let me hear different brands until I found the sounds I wanted. Back again to have the stage one and two upgrades done. Best service every, got my bike back the next day. I will always bring my mike here.
