Cool place to by a bike
Some leather shops will sew on patches, shoe repair shop. Also some alteration shops. Also leather sewing at all the swap meets.

I'm not sure when I was down in North Carolina I was just got a t-shirt and hat and looked at some of the bikes never saw any patches
They have patches ...just depends on what your looking for. There are tons of different types.
