I love crews those work. They are very professional, much care about those come to the clinic. Pretty much does not get warm words from the crews cuz they are all busy, but their attitude are priceless. The PA Ms. DiLungo is my best. She really see the people holistically, even though it could be one of same issue for her but she treats them as individual oriented. Thans for all the works you guys did!

From my one experience (which of course, is just one), it seems they do not follow covid precautions consistently and have very long wait times even for appointments. I tested positive for covid (and told them twice out of concern for infecting others) and they had me wait in a busy waiting room. In terms of timing, I made an appointment at 11:30 am but after 45 minutes, asked how long it would be and again expressed concern for infecting others, asking if I should go outside. The receptionist noted it's not an issue because I would be seeing the doctor soon. After an hour of waiting, I was told it would be another 20 minutes. I spoke to the manager for that last conversation and she flagged that I should have been waiting in my car and there had been a misunderstanding with the previous receptionist. At that point, I left because I was feeling so badly and asked for a refund of the $75 urgent care co pay. They didn't suggest any other options for how I could get access to Paxlovid. If you are in a similar situation with a covid case and are looking for medication, I recommend using another option if you have one, like a telehealth appointment which is often free if you're lucky enough to have insurance.

I waited for DOCS to send me the message through my email. They explain the process how to get into the account to get your results. Check your email.
It's not free you need insurance otherwise theres a fee. It is by appointment only but good luck. If you can get an appointment you'll be lucky if staff even shows up. And I would stick around for my results or you'll never know
Should probably call and ask instead of relying on strangers for an accurate answer
