(Edit) Called before coming in just for a simple oil change, told me to come on in and would take care of me. When I arrived at PepBoys they told me they had 2 cars ahead and would take 1½ hr and my car would be ready, so I decided to wait there. 2hrs go by and still my car hasnt been brought in for the oil change and still sitting in the parking lot. As i was waiting outside where the mechanics work, they had the cars keys in order to get the next car in, when its turn is here. The old mechanic that also works there came upto the keys and took a womans car key that was 2 cars behind me in line. More time goes by and still no update on my car. Finally its brought into the work bay and the oil change is done. What was supposed to have been originally a 1½ hr job ended up being 4hrs. Wont recommend or go back!

Do NOT come here. They are thieves and do terrible work. I came here and had 4 tires replaced for over $1K. After a day I found that one of the brand new tires was rubbing on "who knows what". When I came back I, found out that they only replaced 3 of the 4 tires and did a terrible job installing the ones they did replace. Don't come here.

Elmont PepBoys is the best! DJ Lou and Brian fixed my tire, checked all the others & made sure my car was safe to drive. This is why I Always go to PepBoys
