Elmont Office was disgraceful this morning. There was NO money for withdrawls in any of the three ATM's at the site. There were only two tellers serving the many people waiting waiting for service. After waiting on line for about 15 minutes, I was told I needed a personal identification, in addition to my confidential PIN to withdraw the money that they did not have in any of the ATM's. I'm still waiting from an apology from the smirking teller who told me she needed an additional ID, which I did not carry with me, because I expected to get the cash from the ATM. I wonder if this incompetence would have occurred in Garden City, or any othet wealthy community. Horrible.

I just walked up onto line with no long waiting. They check temperature then let you inside if no fever. Hope this helps
I am not 100% but I went there yesterday and there was a line in the parking lot to go in . I just used the atm.
