We were driving through Janesville on a Saturday and had a blow out that night. We had to get a hotel and stay the night, hoping to get 2 tires installed and balanced so that we could continue our 500 miles to get home to Ohio. I tried 2 other places in town on Sunday and they were less than helpful. I called Bill and they had it done in no time with no appointment. I did not get any stories just great service at a fair price. If I lived locally, I would use this shop for everything. Thank you guys very very much

if you want to pay hidden fees on your tires and wait 3:30 hours for your tires to be changed this is the place for you! I paid 579.96 online which said it was everything except for tax. well at the store they force you to pay disposal and for the valves so make sure to add on $43 per job for "extras". when I asked the person about it he says ya we get alot of complaints about it but it is what it is. 3:30 hours for new tires is insane. and the place is filthy I get it's a tire shop but come on

Had an alignment done and they checked my brake system for no extra charge. When they noticed something wrong concerning my outer tie rod, they brought me back to show me to make sure we were all on the same page. Was in and out within an hour. Fast and reliable. Good experience and friendly members who went above and beyond.

5 stars for the store, 2 for the online customer system. This is my 2nd set of 4 tires on 2 different vehicles. This store gets very busy and the staff here do their very best to get customers serviced. Sure, there could be a wait but, honestly, I've waited each time for my vehicles and watch them go above and beyond to help getting customers serviced. Thank You. My advice, don't use the online system, deal directly with the store face to face. You'll have much better results.
