The mechanic I encountered was very rude! He recommended additional services and after already receiving a tab for an overpriced oil change, I was annoyed but agreed to have them done. He then proceeded to completed the oil change WITHOUT fulfilling the recommended services that HE RECOMMENDED in the first place. He was argumentative, rude, and exhibited absolutely no customer service skills. The manager was professional but that type of behavior isn’t acceptable after spending that type of money.

I came here for an oil change they also told me other things that my car needed which I declined to do I just wanted the oil change he told me I needed synthetic oil for my car and it was a little over 80 dollars for it so I paid and was told I didn’t need another one until may welll some weeks went by and my car wasn’t driving smoothly and now it started smoking so I called my mechanic to check my car and surprisingly he says when is the last time you got an oil change? I said I just got one I dont need another one til may and then he says they did NOT change your oil the oil was black and watery it shouldn’t be like that if they changed it so he changed it for me and now my car is driving smooth…. I will NEVERRRRRR COME HERE AGAIN THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND DID NOTHING!!!!!! Do not go there people go somewhere else anywhere but there!
